We Do Not Accept returns due to the nature of the product for sanitary reasons.

REFUND POLICY:
****ALL SALES ARE FINAL**** WE WILL ONLY REPLACE ORDERS THAT ARE INACCURATE OR WERE NOT MADE CORRECTLY TO THE ORDER DETAILS.
 
If you receive the wrong item, please send a picture of the wrong item and the correct item will be sent within 2-3 business days. Exchanges: We do replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will need to send the defective or damaged item back to us and we will replace it with the same item or store credit so that you can purchase a different item. 

Issues: If there is any issues with your order after receiving you will have 24-48 hours to EMAIL US and let us know. No Exceptions. We do this because customers received items and email us days later and sometimes even months later.
